What is INGEN and what does it actually do?

INGEN synthesises 13 modalities — astrology, numerology, The Gate System, and more — into a single pattern intelligence system. It scores 7 life areas (ASPECTS), tracks your gap between your blueprint and your reality, and generates a personalised daily directive to help you close it.

What is the NIX induction?

NIX is INGEN's 5-stage onboarding process. It takes approximately 8 minutes. You provide your birth data, answer structured questions about your current reality, and NIX calculates your Pattern Type, GAP INDEX, and baseline ASPECT scores. It is free for all users.

How do I upgrade my plan?

After completing the NIX induction, you can choose a paid tier (Seeker, Operator, or Architect) at the tier selection screen, or upgrade any time from your account settings. Paid tiers unlock the full daily intelligence suite, Oracle Verdict, and more.

How is my birth data protected?

Your birth data is encrypted at rest using AES-256. It is accessed only by the INGEN system for calculation purposes and is never shared with third parties. You can request deletion at any time.

What is an Oracle prediction?

An Oracle prediction is an AI-generated insight about a future event in one of your 7 ASPECTS — synthesised from your Pattern Type, current scores, and cosmic context. You record the prediction, and 90 days later INGEN asks you to rate its accuracy. Over time, this calibrates your self-signal accuracy. Oracle predictions are reflective tools only — not professional advice.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued. For help with cancellation, contact us below.

What is WOW ME?

WOW ME is INGEN's 1:1 coaching escalation path. When your GAP INDEX drops to a critical level or a specific pattern is identified, INGEN can generate a client brief and connect you with a WOW ME practitioner for a focused coaching session. Available on Operator and Architect plans.
