INGEN is operated by My Cosmic Message Pty Ltd (ABN 30 652 358 159), trading as WOW Enterprise Company ("INGEN", "we", "us", "our"). Our registered address is in New South Wales, Australia.
By creating an account or using INGEN, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
INGEN is a personal pattern intelligence system. It synthesises astrological, numerological, and psychological data to produce insight, identity statements, gap measurements, and daily directives across seven life domains.
INGEN is not a medical service, financial service, legal service, or psychological therapy service. It does not provide advice, diagnosis, treatment, or recommendations of any kind. All outputs from INGEN are reflections — pattern observations generated from symbolic and data-driven sources — and are intended for personal reflection only. Using INGEN does not create a professional relationship of any kind between you and us.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use INGEN. By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, you must not use INGEN.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must not share your account with any other person.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe it has been compromised, if you have violated these Terms, or if your account has been inactive for more than 24 months.
INGEN offers a free tier and three paid subscription tiers (Seeker, Operator, Architect). Prices are displayed at ingenapp.com/pricing and within the application.
Billing. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual subscriptions are charged for 11 months — the 12th month is provided at no additional cost.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal date.
Failed payments. If a payment fails and cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your subscription will be downgraded to the free tier and your data will be retained for 90 days.
Taxes. Prices are displayed exclusive of GST where applicable. GST and other applicable taxes will be added at checkout where required by law.
Practitioners who access INGEN's API or practitioner dashboard are subject to these Terms plus the INGEN Practitioner Standards document provided at the time of program enrolment.
Not medical advice. Nothing in INGEN constitutes medical advice, medical diagnosis, or treatment. The SOMA domain addresses energy, rhythm, and embodiment only. If you are experiencing health concerns, consult a qualified medical professional.
Not financial advice. Nothing in INGEN constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or recommendation to buy or sell any financial product. If you need financial advice, consult a licensed financial adviser.
Not legal advice. Nothing in INGEN constitutes legal advice. If you need legal advice, consult a qualified solicitor.
Not therapy. INGEN is not a psychological or psychiatric service. INGEN does not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical support for any mental health condition. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, contact a qualified mental health professional or crisis service immediately.
Not a predictor of the future. The Oracle Verdict system tracks the accuracy of your own predictions. No part of INGEN makes any claim about what will happen in the future.
Oracle Verdict predictions are pattern-based reflections generated from symbolic and astronomical data. They are not forecasts, guarantees, or advice of any kind — financial, medical, legal, or otherwise. INGEN makes no representation that any Oracle prediction will reflect future events. INGEN accepts no liability for outcomes arising from decisions made in connection with Oracle Verdict content.
Your use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your personal data. By using INGEN, you grant us a licence to process your data for the purpose of providing the service. You may export or delete your data at any time from Settings → Privacy and data.
INGEN, including its name, logo, systems, methodology, card decks, coaching intelligence layer, and all content generated by the service, is owned by My Cosmic Message Pty Ltd or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers intellectual property ownership to you.
The daily intelligence outputs, I AM statements, card interpretations, and other AI-generated content produced by INGEN are generated for your personal use. You may share individual outputs for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce or commercialise INGEN's output systems, methodology, or content at scale without our written permission.

INGEN uses third-party services to operate, including Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (infrastructure), and others listed in our Privacy Policy. Your use of INGEN is subject to these providers' terms of service where applicable. We are not responsible for the actions of third-party service providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of INGEN, including loss of profit, loss of data, or decisions made in connection with INGEN's outputs. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Our services come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. If you are a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, you have rights that these Terms do not override.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by notice within the application. Continued use of INGEN after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using INGEN and may request account deletion.
You may stop using INGEN at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to INGEN if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if continued provision of the service to you is no longer commercially viable, with reasonable notice where practicable. On termination, your data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If you have a dispute with us, please contact us at legal@ingenapp.com first. We will attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith within 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation, the parties agree to attempt mediation through the Australian Disputes Centre before commencing litigation. Any litigation must be commenced in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
