The GAP INDEX
One number. Seven domains. Updated weekly. The core metric of everything INGEN does.
Scored 0–100 · Four severity bands · Blueprint I AM vs Current I AM
Calculate your GAP — Free001 — What it is
The GAP INDEX is not a wellness score. It is not a happiness index. It is the numerical measurement of how far your current life — as revealed through behaviour, check-ins, card draws, and Oracle data — sits from the blueprint your natal chart indicates you were born to be living.
Seven life domains (ASPECTS) are each scored 0–100. The seven scores are averaged into one number. That number updates every Sunday. The trajectory of that number over time is the measure of your actual work.
100 means your current life expression matches your natal blueprint exactly. Nobody holds 100. The score is not a destination — it is a compass.
002 — The four severity bands
The GAP INDEX score is not good or bad on its own. Its meaning comes from the band it sits in — and the direction it is moving. A rising Distorted is more significant than a stable Friction.
003 — The seven ASPECTS
The 7 ASPECTS are not categories you rate yourself on. They are domains derived from the intersection of Stoic philosophy, Energy Gates, and the seven chakra system. Each ASPECT has a natal chart indicator and a behavioural data stream.
004 — The I AM dimension
The GAP INDEX is the numerical expression of the I AM gap — the distance between who you were born to be and who you are being right now, scored across all 7 life domains.
Every ASPECT has a Blueprint I AM statement (derived from your natal chart at NIX completion) and a Current I AM statement (derived from your behaviour and check-in data, updated weekly). The gap between them is your score.
This is what the GAP INDEX is measuring at its core. Not a wellness score. Not a mood rating. The distance between your Blueprint I AM and your Current I AM, expressed as a number and tracked over time.
005 — How it updates
The NIX baseline score is calculated at onboarding from Stage 4 responses. After that, the score is recalculated every Sunday using all available data streams. The more data INGEN has, the more accurate the measurement.
A single Integration Check response moves a score by 2–4 points in one direction. A sustained pattern of morning check-in data over three weeks moves it significantly. The Oracle Verdict accuracy data feeds back when a 90-day window closes.
The GAP INDEX cannot be gamed. You cannot choose a high score. You can only close the gap by living closer to your blueprint — and INGEN tells you exactly what that requires, today, in each ASPECT.
Know your number
You will leave NIX knowing your Pattern Type, your Energy Type, your 7 ASPECT scores, your GAP INDEX, and your Blueprint I AM — the full identity anchor the system uses to generate daily intelligence.
